The olive tree has been a source of life, vitality, and prosperity. It is present in many different parts of the world. However, in the Levant area it has a particular importance. The olive tree symbolizes love for one’s land. For this reason the olive farmers in Lebanon dedicate their lives to the immaculate cultivation, harvesting, and processing of the olive and its products. The pride they have in their land is reflected in the quality of the olives, its oils, soaps, and many other gifts.
It is our privilege to sharing the commitment and passion the Levantine farmer has for his land and this holy fruit. Our Family has invested in one of the largest olive tree groves and most prolific olive oil mills. Our pressing process uses the most advanced and efficient technology that ensures the highest quality olive oil for both our clients and customers.
Our Family company is devoted to cultivating the olive and other agriculture products to perfection-from a single seed to our distributors around the world.
Where Tradition Meets Innovation. Unveiling the Unique Flavors of Ain Jarfa's Olive Oil and the Exciting Fusion of Hemp in Our Products
Since the 1800s, our family have been in the olive oil business in the southern Lebanon town of Hasbaya. Our origin, the valley of Ain Jarfa in Hasbaya, prides itself with its unique tasting olive oil. The locals credit exceptional array of wild plants for their oil’s immense and singular flavor. The surrounding mountains also protect Hasbaya’s olive trees from high humidity, and 800 meters above the see level, the area enjoys a higher rainfall than the rest of southern Lebanon in the shadow of Mount Hermon. Here olive oil has provided the source of living to farmers for generations, with trees over 1000 years old.
In 2002, we established the first modern olive oil mill with a capacity of 35 tons of olives per day under the name Wadi Al Taym for Agricultural Products.
In 2020, Lebanon legalized the cultivation of hemp for medical and industrial use. Our establishment began to develop and infuse hemp into its list of products.
